Refund & Return Policy

I offer a 7-day refund policy for unused services and digital products. To be eligible you must request a refund within 7 days of purchase and not have used the service or downloaded the product. Once a digital product is downloaded it cannot be returned or exchanged. Clicking the link counts as a download in my system. Memberships are non-refundable after the first payment but you can cancel any time.

Submit a request by emailing info@donaldsonrf.com with your order number and explanation. I will review the request within 48 business hours. If approved the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. If you haven’t received it check your bank or credit card company after the expected processing time.

For affiliate products clicking buttons will redirect you to the seller’s official website. I act only as an affiliate and the seller is responsible for all aspects of your order including payments and returns. Please contact the seller directly for any questions about refunds for their specific products.
